Mad as a Hatter

Yes, Pekas has released its new set of outfits. I'm wearing one of them --- Urban Insanity --- and interestingly enough, the Mad Hatter is the picture shown at the back. Here's a random bit of trivia: The term Mad Hatter was coined because hatters during the 1800s would use mercury in making felt for hats, and well, they would commonly suffer mercury poisoning. Neurological effects include fine tremors, lack of concentration, learning disorders, memory loss (short and long term), numbness, and slurred speech, while on the Psychological aspect, aggressiveness, anger (fits of), anxiety, confusion, depression, fear and nervousness, hallucinations, lethargy, manic depression, mood swings, and shyness. PeKaS Designs + Finesmith + Ploom

PeKaS Designs has released a line of mesh formal and casual dresses and I'm more then psyched to see the vendors adorning the new release wall at the store. If you've come to relate beautiful design and eye catching textures to the PeKaS brand name then you won't be disappointed with this new collection.

For those who haven't been under a rock, or buried in work like me, it's the last day of the Finesmith Spring hunt. You'll need the group tag to get prizes in 20 boxes scattered around the store and it's a 100 L to join the group. It's totally worth it and the hunt is relatively quick, just don't get distracted by the sale going on at Finesmith right now. 100 L for single items....wait, what was I talking about *spaces out*

Ploom is having a retirement sale. 61 hairstyles and all skins are at 50% off. I haven't had the time to try some demos for the skins, what with my inventory being stuffed to the max with hair. If Second Life were at all like Skyrim, I wouldn't be able to move at all. Ever. Doesn't mean I won't make the trip back though...

Gift and Boards
