Yup, you read it right. New hunts just starting running at Vero Modero. I'll even be nice and provide you with the hints :P

Some purchases

Just my luck to get sick during the last few days of Fashion for Life and the start of assignment season for RL school. Joy. I did have time though, between doing readings and sounding like I was trying to cough my lungs out, to scoop up a few more things from Fashion For Life. Of course there's always time for shopping. :P

Oh and in my quest to get all those yummy eyeshadow colors from Mock, I got two extra Stormcage shadows, so if anyone wants them feel free to jump into my IM box or send me and NC. First come first served. ^^

Step into the past.

You would think that with a worthwhile cause and a whopping ten sims of shopping, I'd be one of the first in line to the Fashion for Life sims. Sadly, that was not the case, though I'm pretty happy to have managed some exploring today. It's a start at least, and since I have a habit of being a little tardy, I decided to start in the Past.

Another reason for choosing that era to start in was because the Momentum sim is home to one of my favourite stores. The Sensuality White outfit is one of two donation items from PeKaS designs. I immediately liked the well made criss crossing ties that hold the skirt together. The whole outfit is sexy but not in an over the top way and as always inspires me to do some rping. It went great with the Domenica hair from EMO-tions which was also another insta-buy for me. 

Hunts and Gatchas are another fun aspect of Fashion for Life. I didn't expect to get hooked onto gatchas so quickly until I laid eyes on the one belonging to Plastik. The Soul Ink Reloaded eye tattoos comes in many variations and I found that I couldn't stop at just one.  

And speaking of eyes, the pair I'm wearing in the picture is the hunt gift from Vanity Flair. Luc thinks they look scary, which is my cue to wear them for a while.

Hunting and gathering

Aside from the Womenstuff hunt, PeKaS Designs is also participating in numerous others. I don't know about you, but I personally love stores that scatter great quality hunt gifts around their grounds!

This cute little number is for the FebruaLicious Hunt and as soon as I saw the picture of this dress on the hunt board, I knew I had to have it.  The bold yet pretty patterning on it's top and the bowtie that graces the neckline just speaks to the girly girl in me.

The prize for the Shattered Heart hunt is a mini dress that is sure to leave a trail of just that in your wake. The glimmery material and flared sleeves make this mini dress perfect for night outs at the club.

From urban designs, we move to something more old fashioned. The hunt prize for The Beauty and The Beast Hunt makes me want to revisit my days rp-ing as a tavern wench.

A hunting we will go

The Womenstuff hunt is one of the hottest events on the grid at the moment and with some poking around, I managed to snag the gift PeKaS Designs has put out for it. I particularly love the rosette detailing on the waistline and with the well crafted shoulder sash this is not a gown you need to pile on the accessories for.

The Womenstuff hunt runs till March 2nd.

The hair I'm wearing, while not a Womenstuff hunt gift, is a steal at the Tropicalia Baazar. There's more really cute items out for this round, so it's certainly worth a look see.
